Fightingforacurecf.com I am committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what type of information  I may collect, retain, process, share, and transfer that information from website visitors and other individuals with whom I interact, whether online or offline, why I collect it, and with whom I  may share it. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you obtain information about our privacy practices and to help you understand your privacy choices when you use our websites, products, and services (the “Services”). It also describes how I  protect your personal information and how you can contact me with any questions or to exercise the rights you may have to control our use of your information.

Our Mission

Fightingforacurecf.com is to support the Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Foundation, so they can continue doing research and find  a cure. All apparel that is being sold on this website is to raise money for research and to eventually find a cure. The owner of this website will NOT be earning any money off the sale of the apparel., All the money raised from the purchase of apparel to consumers will be going to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will use the money to fund research, and to eventually eliminate CF.

The information that I may collect helps me deliver your apparel and your buying needs. Also, it would help me interact with you and let me share information about CF. I value the input of our community and I am committed to ensure that I use your personal information as stated in the

Privacy Policy, in furtherance of my mission.

Our Commitment to Privacy and Scope Our privacy commitments are fundamental to the way I operate. Unless otherwise noted, these commitments apply to everyone, online or offline, who has a relationship with figtingforacurecf.com, including people with CF, other community members, and website (Site) visitors.

I want to think of all of the sponsors and future sponsors that have contributed a monetary donation. All of the money that was donated now or in the future will be used for building a website, maintain a website. Also, eventually starting to sell the apparel outside WalMart, Schnucks, Dierbergs and around events in Missouri and metro Illinois.

I will protect those businesses that have donated monetary funds IF I find out that any consumer is harassing that business in any way shape or form. Also, I will remove any businesses that request me to have them to be removed off my website or apparel for any reason.  IF a business goes out of business that business would be removed from this website and from the apparel. Information that I collect information you provide or that I collect automatically through the use of this website.

I may collect any personal information you choose to provide us and information about how you use this SITE. For example fightingforacurecf.com may collect and use:

  • Name and other personnel identifiable information, like address, telephone number, email address, employer (if you have donated any monetary funds)
  • If this website gets hacked by any means I will do everything necessary to help make sure your personal information dorset get exposed.
  • The only way to collect your purchase is through Venmo, PayPa, and CashApp and I will also make sure your payment information is secured as well.
  • Location data (shopping address to ship apparel to your home or office).

Information you share through this site

A facebook page will be set up and accessed through this website. Your name, blog ,and comments will be visible to the public. I have the right to remove any negative post or comments that are left on my Facebook page. I will be posting blogs on my FaceBook page about CF and about my personal journey from this disease. Also, I will be posting videos of me handing donations off to the CF Foundation. All of those videos will be accessed through this website. I will protect myself, any members of the CF Foundation, and anyone that is in the video. These videos are NOT to be copied without the written constant of the people that are in the videos and the owner (me) of the video.

Pictures: I will be posting pictures of me having share nights with The CF Foundation. These pictures used to be for the website and facebook only. If you want any copies of the pictures you have to contact the owner (me) and I will request written permission from you. These pictures are copyrighted and NOT to be shared.

Videos: The videos that are posted on the website or facebook should not be downloaded to your device. Without the written constant of the owner (me). I will protect the individuals in the videos. If I see any negative comments on Facebook about the videos, I have the right to remove the comments, and block you.

Information From Third Parties

I may receive information about you from publicity and commercially available sources, as permitted by law, which I  may combine with other information I receive from or about you. For example, I  may receive information about you from a social media site if you connect to the services through that site and I  may combine this information with other personal information I have collected.

I  may aggregate or de-identify the information described above so that it does not identify you. Aggregated or de-indentified data is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

How we use Personal Information

The website is to sell apparel, so the CF Foundation can find a cure for Cystic Foundation. Also, there will be information about CF, my struggles with CF and my sister who passed away from CF. There will be apparel to purchase, the sponsors that made this journey possible there.

Finally videos/pictures on there to thank the sponsors, also share nights at restaurants.

I may use personal information to provide and manage the website through this site or offline, including to: provide information about Cystic Fibrosis.

How Long Do I Retain Your Information?

I will maintain and process your personal information as long as I need to, in accordance with the website being up and running, and applicable by law. If you continue to purchase the apparel from fightingforacurecf.com, your information will typically be maintained as long it is current. Fightingforacurecf.com, collects no more personal information than is reasonably necessary.

In addition to what is described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, the fighitingforacurecf.com has some provisions applicable tp personal information that I collect and use though the sell of this website:

I may collect consumers’ personal information such as names, address, phone numbers, email address, payment information (like, paypal, Venmo, and CashApp).

I use personal information about consumers to respond to inquiries, process orders, issue receipts.

Personal information we share

I will NOT share consumer information to the public. The sponsor’s company name will be shared throughout the website and on the back of t-shirts/hoodies. Consumers are encouraged to use those sponsors because they are advertising to increase their business. Also, you may google the business names, so you can use their services for future business.

There have been personal donations that are NOT company names. I will protect those individuals as well.

Fightingforacurecf.com does not normally collect any SSN’s. There is no reason why I will ask for any customer’s SSN.
